Saint Véran

Although it had to wait for 18 years, the birth of SAINT-VERAN in 1971 was a logical event… It was the consecration of a wine that had always stood out clearly from the other white wines of the Mâconnais.

This brilliant pale yellow wine has a very elegant nose. Its full dimension is revealed on the palate. After an invigorating, mineral attack, the wine asserts its imposing structure, fleshiness and perfect balance. A lovely, dense, floral finish. A racy, typical wine that may be laid down for three or four years.
