Mâcon-Villages White

The white wines known as Mâcon-Villages come from some 44 different villages north and west of Mâcon and the peaceful Saône River. The hillside slopes offer ideal exposure to the sun, as well as excellent ventilation and drainage. The bouquet suggests complex, subtle aromas of springtime white flowers, such as acacia, lily and hawthorn, as well as typical citrus notes.
