The estate covers some twenty hectares.
The 17th-century building has always belonged to the SIRAUDIN family, and the current owner is Pierre SIRAUDIN.
The Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc grape variety finds its ideal terroir here, with siliceous clay soils and granitic pebbles.
The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods.
The average age of the vines is 35 years.
The grapes are harvested by hand.
