The 15-hectare estate belongs to the DELORME family, who also produce white wines in addition to this Saint Amour.
The Saint Amour vines have an average age of 55 years, with some reaching 80 years.
Only about 40 ares were planted 35 years ago, which could explain the perfect quality of these wines.
The other reason is that Mr DELORME is particularly meticulous.
In 2004, the winery was completely renovated with temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, resulting in even fruitier wines.
