These rocks have a certain prehistoric and historic value. In 1987, a unique Museum of Prehistory was inaugurated in Solutr\u00e9. For this special “oak-aged” cuv\u00e9e, the wine is matured for at least 8 months in new barrels or barrels one or two years old. Most of the French oak barrels are made by a cooper with whom we have worked closely for over thirty years. <\/p>\n
