\nMost of the vineyard plots are located on the best Climat of the “C\u00f4te du Py” Appellation.
\nTo allow the terroir to express itself, Laurent adapts the work in the vineyard and the winemaking process.
\nEvery two or three years, he ploughs between the rows of vines.
\nThe aim of this operation is to remove the superficial roots, forcing the main roots to draw the expression of the terroir from deeper down.
