This beautiful estate comprises three hectares of vines surrounding a magnificent mansion that was once owned by a Lyonnais silk manufacturer.
\nMadame JORCIN’s father-in-law bought the ch\u00e2teau in 1933.
\nSince 1975, the date of her husband’s death, Madame JORCIN has been assisted by two winemakers (father and son) who work the vines and make the wine.
\nA third of the production is vinified with a “grillage” (immersed marc cap) to extract maximum color and tannin.
\nThe wines are then matured in some forty barrels in a beautiful vaulted cellar beneath the building, in accordance with Madame JORCIN’s wishes.
\nVery attached to her wine, she follows every stage of the vinification process with great care.
