The Domain is located in Saint Maurice de Satonnay (13 km north of M\u00e2con), and well-known for the high quality of its M\u00e2con-Villages. Part of th typically M\u00e2con-style home was built at least 300 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Average age of the vines : 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>Cultivation methods : soil tillage with a large proportion covered with grass.<\/p>\n<p>Important disbudding to limit yields.<\/p>\n<p>Mechanical harvest.<\/p>\n<p>Vinification and maturing : pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks (60 %) and concrete tanks (40 %) with control of temperatures.
