History

Overlooked by Mont du Py, the parcels of “roches pourries” (rotten rock), made up of schist and ancient eruptive rock, are divided into 6 distinct climats, the most famous of which is Côte du Py.

Tasting

Garnet-red color. Intense nose with aromas of black cherry, ripe black fruit and kirsch. Rich, fleshy, round and mellow on the palate, thanks to silky tannins. Good persistence, with a discreetly spicy finish.
