La vigne est conduite en agriculture biologique contrôlée et certifiée par ECOCERT (labour, enherbement, griffage).

Les vignes sont taillées selon la méthode guyot simple.

Vendanges :
Les vendanges sont manuelles et mécaniques.

Vinification :
Vinification traditionnelle en macération semi-carbonique de 6 à 8 jours.
Remontage quotidien.
Pressurage.
Elevage en basse température sur lies fines.

Tasting

Robe brillante rubis profond. L’expression aromatique de cette cuvée montre spontanément sa personnalité sur des arômes kirschés et des notes de sous-bois. Des tanins fins, racés et soyeux soutiennent une matière dense et équilibrée en bouche. Finale subtilement saline.
