Because our business started at the foot of the windmill (moulin à vent) of Romanèche-Thorins, in 1957, we felt we must present the best of the best to you, under the Moulin-à-Vent appellation.
The wine has given us many great assets for making and aging this blend.
Together with the winegrowers who agreed to strictly and carefully control their yields and to allow our technicians to inspect their land, and to follow our recommendations from the vine to the winepress, we have been rewarded for our efforts by a top quality wine, a blend that meets the criteria for a superb Cuvée Prestige.
Tasting
Gamay creates an eminently fine, elegant and highly concentrated wine, which is rounded, intense and sophisticated ; it ages wonderfully with the wine peaking at 5 to 10 years… a truly OUTSTANDING cuvée !
