History

The vines are cultivated using ECOCERT-certified organic methods (ploughing, weeding, clawing).
The vines are pruned using the simple guyot method.
Harvesting: Both manual and mechanical harvesting.
Vinification: Traditional vinification with semi-carbonic maceration for 6 to 8 days.
Daily pumping over.
Pressing.
Aged at low temperature on fine lees.

Tasting

Brilliant deep ruby color. The aromatic expression of this cuvée spontaneously reveals its personality with kirsch aromas and notes of undergrowth. Fine, racy, silky tannins support a dense, well-balanced palate. Subtly saline finish.
