History

Coming from a family of winemakers for 6 generations, Christophe SAVOYE owns 16 hectares of vineyards. He has had his estate certified with the High Environmental Value label since early 2019. This attests that the elements of biodiversity are very widely present on his farm and that he reduces the pressure of agricultural practices.

Exposure of the vines: south, southeast.
Average age of the vines: 60 years, with a yield of 45 hl/hectare.
Cultivation : Manual harvesting. Respect for the environment and sustainable agriculture.
Vinification: semi-carbonic fermentation, duration 8 to 10 days to keep the fruit.

Storage advice : 3 to 5 years to keep the freshness and the finesse.

Tasting

Intense garnet color, the robe promises seductive aromas: fruit, certainly… Morello cherry, cherry, all in greed and elegance ! On the palate, this aromatic palette expresses itself admirably with fine tannins. Great freshness and crispness throughout the tasting, which can be explained by an altitude terroir. Suave finish.
