The LENOIR family has been making wine, father and son, for more than five generations. The Domain is located in Saint Maurice de Satonnay (13 km north of Mâcon), and well-known for the high quality of its Mâcon-Villages. Part of th typically Mâcon-style home was built at least 300 years ago.

Cultivation methods : soil tillage with a large proportion covered with grass.

Important disbudding to limit yields.

Mechanical harvest.

Vinification and maturing : pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks (60 %) and concrete tanks (40 %) with control of temperatures. Aging on fine lees.
