History
The SAINT MARTIN family is a very old Davayé family.
This beautiful property was established by Paul SAINT MARTIN’s father.
Paul passed away in 2003, and today his daughter Pascale manages the estate.
Two tenant farmers work closely with her on the estate.
The advanced age of the vines contributes to low yields and explains the remarkable quality of this wine.
Georges DUBOEUF has had a partnership with this estate for over 30 years, buying most of the production.
Tasting
This wine has a lovely pale gold color.
The nose offers subtle lemony aromas, as well as notes of honey and lime blossom.
A hint of minerality reminds us of the appellation’s geographical proximity to the famous Pouilly Fuissé.
A wine of great freshness with an excellent finish.
