History
The SAINT MARTIN family is a very old family from the commune of Davayé.
This beautiful property was set up by Paul SAINT MARTIN’s father.
Paul died in 2003 and the Domain is now run by his daughter Pascale.
Two tenants work the vineyards in close collaboration with her.
The vines are very old, which explains why yields are so low and why this wine is of such outstanding quality.
Georges DUBOEUF has been in partnership with the domain for over 30 years and now buys a large part of the production.
Tasting
A lovely pale golden colour. Very subtle lemony aromas with notes of honey and lime blossom. A slight touch of minerality reminds us that the appellation is geographically close to the famous Pouilly Fuissé. A very fresh wine with an excellent finish.
