Beaujolais rosé is made from Gamay Noir grapes with white juice, the emblematic grape variety of the Beaujolais region.
The name says it all: color in the grape skins, clarity in the juice.
Rosés are obtained by direct pressing of the grapes, preceded or not by a short maceration.
Their diaphanous color ranges from rose petal to deep salmon pink.
Fresh and thirst-quenching, Beaujolais rosé rolls off the tongue without ever assaulting it, forsaking acidity for tenderness.
In its special, original packaging, “Comme un air de rosé” will sit elegantly on your table this summer.
