History

Christophe SAVOYE comes from a 6-generation winemaking family and owns 16 hectares of vines.
He has had his estate certified with the High Environmental Value label since early 2019.
This attests to the fact that biodiversity elements are widely present on his farm and that he is reducing the pressure of agricultural practices.
Vineyard exposure: south, southeast.
Average age of vines: 60 years, with a yield of 45 hl/hectare.
Cultivation: Hand-picked.
Respect for the environment and sustainable agriculture.
Vinification: Semi-carbonic fermentation, lasting 8 to 10 days to retain the fruit.
Storage recommendations: 3 to 5 years to retain freshness and finesse.

Tasting

Intense garnet-red, the color promises seductive aromas: fruit, certainly… Morello cherry, cherry, all delicious and elegant! On the palate, this aromatic palette expresses itself admirably with fine tannin. Great freshness and crispness throughout the tasting, which can be explained by the high altitude terroir. Sweet finish.
