Born in Lille on May 9, 1972, Damien Deroubaix is a French engraver and painter. He graduated from the regional school of fine arts in Saint-Etienne and the Akademie der bildenden Künste in Karlsruhe. He lives and works in Paris and Meisenthal after having spent 9 years in Berlin. He has actively participated for many years in the (9) Bis project of which he was one of the initiators. This place was a former workshop in Saint-Etienne which was converted into an exhibition space.
