7. Processing of the order
The order will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from the day following that on which the collection of the order has been confirmed.

8. Delivery of the order

The delivery of the Products will take place within a maximum of 30 days following the date of placing the order by the user.

The Customer will then be reimbursed within fourteen (14) days from the date of denunciation of the contract (receipt of the second registered letter by the company LES VINS GEORGES DUBOEUF) in accordance with the provisions of Article L216-3 of the Consumer Code.
LES VINS GEORGES DUBOEUF cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or the bad execution of the contract if it is attributable to the customer or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined in article 14 below.

9. Compliance
